Our Founder, Moneeb Majid is a Consultant Property and Banking Disputes Solicitor with a wide range of connections to a Network of SRA Regulated, Law Firms, experience in related practice areas whilst having worked in private practice as an employed solicitor or consultant solicitor or previously a paralegal over the past 20 years (8 years as a solicitor), including matters such as:

• Banking Litigation (in particular mortgage repossession, disputes concerning financial products, Law of Property Act receivers) Landlord & Tenant, probate/deceased estate dispute matters, partnerships disputes and insolvency matters concerning property disputes);

• Advice regarding equity & trusts & property title defects, as well as related professional negligence issues, leasehold & freehold disputes, boundary matters and service charge disputes, as well as commercial contract and debt disputes.

Moneeb also has  experience of working as part of an in-house legal team at companies such as Diligenta Limited, which is a UK based FCA regulated subsidiary of TATA Consultancy Services Limited. Diligenta specialises in the administration of pension and life assurance products for such providers, which has given him good experience of the same and probate issues.

These positions have also given Moneeb good experience of dealing the legal impact of Brexit on his employer, in terms of their data protection agreement with its partners, employment and immigration matters.  

Moneeb has also worked as an in-house solicitor for a property letting business, Monarch Peterborough Property Management, where he has developed his experience of business restructuring and landlord and tenant/property matters.

The above wide and in-depth experience has given Moneeb a good and versatile set of litigation, practical and case management skills, to allow me provide tailored, cost effective and practical advice to clients, to suit their needs and objectives.
